On Sunday night I realized what a sad level of immaturity I still possess. While sitting in the ER watching a male nurse clean the deep gash in the back of my friend’s head, I could not contain my laughter as he said, “looks like I got you wet.” My friend Rosa and I literally had to cover our mouths and wipe the tears from our eyes before the fella realized how pathetic we are.

That was after that same nurse took a pee sample from the injured Lucy and came back moments later declaring she was not pregnant. Standard procedure, I am sure, but the three of us found it extremely entertaining seeing as how that fact was up for debate moments earlier.

On the bright side, our trip to the ER saved Lucy a trip to the pharmacy.
